During November Colin Hunt from Bristol decided to turn his attention to a tricky Wilts venue that contained a stunning looking linear that had a reputation of being ‘quite elusive’! After two quick pre-bating sessions where he introduced 1kg of Cream-CSM barrels on each visit, he returned to the venue to set his traps for a ‘day only’ session.
After introducing 30 free offerings over each rod, It wasn’t long before Colin experienced a frenzied period of fish feeding activity and went on to bank fish of 23lb 4oz, 27lb 14oz, 26lb 8oz and 25lb 12oz, followed by the big linear at 36lb 2oz…….all by mid-morning!!! Not a bad bait that CSM!!
