Yet another B5 caught lake record!
Matt Davies has caught an enviable amount of big fish from home and abroad in recent years and his latest conquest is this huge 66lb 4oz lake record mirror from Lac de Desmont in France. Matt used our ever consistent Shellfish B5 boilies to bank no less than 28 carp during his visit, which included twelve 30's, a 42lb mirror, a 48lb common (pictured below left) and a 55lb mirror (pictured below middle). You can always rely on the B5 to come up trumps in every corner of the globe and on any venue.
Matt then returned to the UK and decided to put the B5 to the test yet again by fishing a bed of free offerings in no less than 47ft to see if it would pull the carp down to his baited spot!!! It wasn't long before this lovely 33lb 2oz mirror (bottom right) was gracing his net. Further proof that the B5 is simply irresistible!!
